We provide event planning, design, and decor services in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. All services are subject to availability and require a signed agreement.
3. Booking and Payments
To book our services, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due before the event date. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfers
- Cash (in-person only)
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or third-party vendor actions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Bella Passion Creations LLC and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malden, MA.
